2. Our Services
Visa Assistance
We provide professional guidance and submission services for your visa applications. Please note that the final grant or denial of a visa is solely at the discretion of the respective embassy or immigration authority. We cannot guarantee application outcomes.
Flight Bookings
All airfares, schedules, and bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airlines and their availability at the time of booking.
Holiday Packages
Our curated packages include services as described (e.g., flights, accommodation, tours). Any alterations or cancellations are bound by the policies of the individual service providers (hotels, tour operators, etc.).
3. Your Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth travel experience, you are responsible for:
- Providing complete and accurate personal details (name as per passport, contact information, travel dates, etc.) for all bookings.
- Possessing and maintaining valid travel documents, including a passport with sufficient validity, visas, travel insurance, and tickets.
- Complying with all health, safety, and immigration laws and regulations of your destination country.
4. Limitation of Liability
Global Classic acts as an intermediary between you and third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, and embassies. Consequently, we shall not be held liable for any:
- Visa rejections, delays, or related losses.
- Flight cancellations, schedule changes, or overbookings by airlines.
- Acts, omissions, or failures of any third-party supplier.
- Losses or additional costs arising from force majeure events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- Issues resulting from inaccuracies in the information you provided.
5. Payments & Refund Policy
- Full payment is required to confirm your booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- All visa and service fees are non-refundable once the application is submitted, regardless of the outcome.
- Refunds for flight tickets or holiday packages are subject to the rules of the airline and other suppliers, and may involve cancellation fees.
- Consultation and documentation fee are non refundable.
6. Privacy & Data
We are committed to protecting your personal information. The data you provide is used solely for processing your travel arrangements. We do not sell or disclose your details to unauthorized third parties. For more information, please refer to our detailed Privacy Policy.
7. Amendments to Terms
Global Classic reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
